Note: all stitches worked in the current Floating Ring unless otherwise instructed.

1. Start first outer mini wheel: Fsc, 4sc. Ch3.
2. Start centre mini wheel: Fsc. Ch3.
3. Start another outer mini wheel: Fsc, sc, count back 11 sts behind hook, slst into 11th st, 7sc, slst around ch3 at beginning of mini wheel.
4. ch3, sc in centre mini wheel, ch3.
5. Start another outer mini wheel: Fsc, sc, count back 12 sts behind hook, slst into 12th st, 7sc, slst around ch3 at beginning of mini wheel.
6. As for step 4.
7. (Repeat step 5, repeat step 4) 9 more times (12 outer mini wheels made).
8. Finish first mini wheel: slst around ch3, 2sc in Floating Ring of unfinished mini wheel, count back 13 sts behind hook, slst into 13th st, 2sc, slst into next st, fasten off yarn.
