This skill is important because it&#8217;s what enables you to jump seamlessly from one motif to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have learned how to make Floating Rings, the next step is to understand how Breakaway projects differ from what you&#8217;ve done before. In short, one motif is not completely finished before you start the next one, and the motifs have to be worked in a specific order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help you get your head around this, I have two resources that provide in-depth instructions that explain everything you need to know to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you prefer having a hard copy on hand, then download the free <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/breakaway-training-wheels\">Breakaway Training Wheels<\/a> eBook, available on Ravelry.
